Friends of ArtQuest welcomes the new members below who joined this past month and during orientation. Your generosity directly supports ArtQuest students and ensures that the arts remain a vibrant part Santa Rosa High School.

Last school year, membership dues, contributions and volunteering efforts allowed Friends of ArtQuest to support the following:

• Hosted a community building event at the Sonoma County Museum
• Provided a $200 stipend to each ArtQuest teacher to offset classroom expenses
• Sponsored large scale printing of student work at the Spring Showcase
• Provided refreshments at the Spring showcase
• Funded Sparks Awards totaling $4,840 (14 students; 7 for $250; 7 for $500)
• Help pay for a visiting dance scholar
• Contributed $2,500 for dance costumes
• Funded the purchase of two new computers for Digital Arts
• Provided $930 to offset travel expenses for Instrumental Music's trip to Santa Cruz
• Contributed $1,000 to Video Arts for their Skills USA Competition
• Provided $2,900 to Visual Fine Arts Requests for The Memory Project, hanging display panels, And to offset costs to travel/hotel costs attend The National Ceremony for the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards
• Funded the purchase of a new light board for Drama
• Hosted Staff Appreciation Lunches 
• Hosted the Ice Cream Social for students
